From freshman through junior year in college Hannah rode the roller-coaster of life, until she crashed. An injury kept her from playing the rest of the softball season and she could no longer use softball as a scapegoat. When Hannah realized she only had herself, her anxiety and depression could no longer hide. She needed God and she needed professional help. Hannah shares how God saved her through His divine power and His people.

In high school Georgia developed an eating disorder. She kept it hidden and at times she felt like her thoughts were consumed with all things food and how her body looked. Georgia allowed her body image to determine other aspects of her life, such as how social, outspoken, or how confident she was. But God met Georgia at college and He sent her exactly what she needed! Georgia takes the time to explain why it is so important to debunk the lies of this world and focus on the truth of the Word in order to understand the truth of how God sees you!
